Who Qualifies?

Obliq customers who buy directly from Obliqproduct.com. Products purchased from separate marketplaces such as Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, ebay.com, and other third-party sellers are NOT eligible for Obliqproduct.com limited warranty. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty. Purchased from other channels may offer different or altered warranties.

What qualifies?

Valid only for items with manufacturer defects, flaws produced by a manufacturer error, or defects caused during production. Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.

All items will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for any of the following reasons:

  • Accidental drops
  • Installation failures
  • Damage from general use/wear and tear or carelessness
  • Misuse or mishandling
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Return is outside return policy
  • Item was used, altered, or dirty
How long does it take?

The return, exchange, and refund process takes anywhere from 10 - 14 business days after the item is received by our warehouse. The returned item will be inspected and the return amount will be determined thereafter.

What is the process?
  1. Please have a clear photo showing the defective item/area, full customer name and order #, and correct shipping address. Email contact_obliq@obliqproduct.com to see if your item qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or return.
  2. Ship the item either at your own expense or by using the provided prepaid return label to our warehouse.
  3. Wait 10 – 14 business days after we receive the shipment to get your replacement, refund, or exchange.

Only approved return requests due to manufacturer defect will be given a prepaid return label (U.S. Only). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping and all shipping costs to return the item and/or receive the replacement. Any customs fees including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, courier related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a traceable shipping method to prevent loss, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY SECTION, EACH OBLIQ PRODUCT IS PROVIDED SOLELY ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND OBLIQ MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OBLIQ SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY AS SET FORTH ABOVE.
